On Dec 10, 2013, I took in my '16 or 32gb' usb portable hard drive, $249 from best buy, loaded with sega genesis, nintendo cube and super nintendo, classic and wii games, with my wii to have the hard drive repaired because it had stopped loading, which, when i brought it i, ty told me he thought it would be easy to fix but could take longer than 2 weeks. From approximately 12/20 to 4/12, i probably made 20 calls to repairbucks and was told ty would have to return my call to tell me if he had it fixed. He never returned my calls. On April 12 I paid them a visit to pick up my stuff but the person said he couldn't find it. I had been told this before, due to 'Ty keeping stuff locked up if he is still working on it'. Told Ty would be in later I called and got a message they were busy with customers. I waited an hour and called back, the person who answered said Ty was busy helping someone and would call back, so I said I can wait. He put the phone down and within a minute or two ty answered. While waiting, I heard no conversation, just background noise, so I believe Ty has continuously avoided talking to me. I told him who I was, what I brought in, and when, and asked how to pick up my stuff. He answered me quickly, like he was already aware of me, telling me that since the hard drive wasn't working and it had been there so long, he thinks he recycled it. Then that he'll have to check his recycling bin for my wii, but that it should be there since the bin hadn't been emptied for a long time. He told me he could get me a broken hard drive to replace mine, 'no problem' (?) but he needs a day to look for my wii and will call me the next day, Sunday. I have told everyone who's answered my calls that I want to pick up my stuff asap yet as late as early April they told me ty was still trying to fix the hard drive and will call me after he gets the message they assure me they are leaving him.
