Thank you for your prompt and professional service. My garage door spring broke today and I found your service through the internet, after calling a well-known service who could not respond to my call in a timely manner. As it turned out, my garage door needed to be replaced Apex Garage Door was able to replace the door that day. From the time I called to the time of the initial visit to assess my issue was approximately 45 minutes. Tech ordered my new garage door, told me someone would be here between 2 and 4 in the afternoon to replace the door, and was at my home shortly after 2 p.m. I am completely satisfied with Apex Garage Door service and would happily recommend them to friends and family. more

I am beyond happy for the guys who came out to my place to fix my sensors. I thought it was going to be an ridiculous price to get this fixed, but the guy reassured me, and got it done for me, for way less than what I was thinking. Great job. needed to get these fixed asap. I got tired of pulling up my door every day. more

Great work. The guys worked very hard and didn't stop at all to install my new set of springs. They gave me the estimate over the phone, and I was able to get the to come out within the same day to repair those springs for me. I love the prices, and they did a very good job. more

Tech showed up on time and his price was very reasonable to fix my broken garage door. I thought the damage would be more money. I will use him when I want to replace my garage door. I would recommend him to my friends. more

When recently programming our home link on our car we accidentally erased the memory to our remotes and they would no longer open one of the doors. I called Apex Garage Door and he was here in less than 30 minutes. It was an easy fix-he could have walked me through it over the phone but he took the time to come over in person to make sure everything was working as it should be. He is one of those rare people who genuinely cares about others which is very refreshing in this day. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. more

Good customer service 4/11/2013

When I was calling around town to find the prices of garage door companies to fix my garage door. I could not belive how much they were charging to fix my garage door and I knew that I could not afford those prices. When I calledtHIS COMPANY , I found that their prices were nearly half of the other companies and I could not believe my eyes when I saw how fast they showed up. I recommend this to anyone looking for affordable prices! more

The other day my garage door was acting up. It would open on its own and I had a hard time closing it. I call around a few places and it seemed like no one cared to help me. When I called this around, this dispatcher was super friendly and helpful. Once the employee arrived at my home, he didn't take his time, NOR did he rush through his work. He was very knowledgeable. He answered every question I had asked. He was clean cut gentleman who knew what he was doing and I liked that. I do recommend them. more

Apex garage door came right out when my garage door wouldn't open or close until about the 5th time using it. He provided a very inexpensive tune-up and my garage worked again. I won't hesitated to call him the next time I have a problem or have to get the garage door opener replaced. I highly recommend him. more

What need I say that hasn't already been said? These guys are TRULY awesome. It was as easy as 1-2-3. Called them up, was here in 1 hour, and garage was fixed in 15 minutes. Fair price with 1 year warranty. Just amazing! Special thanks to Tech..I will definitely recommend you guys! more

My garage door spring snapped and now I was looking at a frustrated wife and no way to get my vehicles out to pick the kids up from practice. I call them and within 40min they been here to repair my door. Great customer service and great value are hard to find today, but Apex Garage Door is the exception! more

I called Apex garage door to come and fix my door, I didn't have to wait a week for an appointment like another company said it would take. They came the next and did everything quickly. Now my garage doors doesn't disturb me. I am pleased! more

Love Love 9/20/2011

I love love love my new garage door. Actually, I got it installed in July of 2010, so it is not so new anymore. But, I still love it. Tech helped me choose my door and suggested to not get a wood door, but one that is brown (resembles wood). She told me that my house faces west and I'd be varnishing my door pretty much every couple of years. Apex garage door is very honest. I also get a lot of compliments on my garage door. more
