cheyenne wyoming renzios, bad service and bad to employees 3/9/2009

two people i know who work for renzios in cheyenne for about a total of six years just got fired, they were told that they were the worst employees to ever work there. the worst part about it is there are at least three other employees that still work there that give the most horrable customer service i have ever had. they make you feel like an inconveinience for eating there. never work for renzios they dont value there employees more

Bad food, Bad Service, Bad Experience 3/21/2008

If you are looking for sarcastic and unfriendly employees, rude management, and greasy food, then this is the place for you. It doesn't help that the employees are wearing proper hygenic clothing (hair nets, etc.), but we we were also overcharged, and refused a refund...instead a manager laughed and gave us a ""coupon"" for next time. Needless to say, we will not be returning. Cons: Rude employees and management, bad food more

Worst Customer Service EVER 10/26/2007

We called at 6:30 p.m. to find out when they closed and were told, twice, that they close at 7:30 p.m. We told them we would be right over and arrived at 7:10 p.m., driving 30 minutes out of the way. The employees waived us away, holding up seven fingers to indicate, I guess, seven o'clock. I tried calling them back immediately after being waived away and the employees would not answer the phone. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Cons: Horrible, Horrible, Horrible Customer Service, Rude Employees more
