Reny Property Management

Every time i go to pay rent the woman behind the desk always has something better to do or some conversation to carry on! But not only is she is very rude and ill mannered, her boss is a big shot woman who cant run a property managment group worth a s****!! I have received late notices for rent that i payed on time, not once has anyone knocked on the door and said hi we took over this property, No they just collect our money and do nothing in return! I would have to say if my Landlord wasnt as good as he is i would have been gone months Ago! He has to fix all the problems they create! Very Poor Business! Pros: Very Few Cons: Very Rude, inconsiterate people who work there! more

I just read the 1 review from this site, I strongly disagree unless things have been changed since I lived at Auburn commons, I had nothing but good luck with them, If something needed fixing they were there the day I called or the next day, Had no problem with rent and them saying they never received it, The apartment was in 100% good shape and they were very, very nice to me, Only complaint that I might have is the kids as they would play on the front lawn all hours with a soccer ball and it would keep hitting my sliding door, Please for the people who read this do not take one person's word over another, Check it out for yourself as I lived there for 3 years and would return there if possible and I wanted to go back to Maine. That would be the place to go, I am not sure about other properties but they went out of their way when I finally received my voucher to find me an apartment. Again I have nothing but the best to say to them and about them. They were excellent landlords for me. Pros: One of the Best landlords I have had Cons: The kids would play ball outside my window, They sort of would be lax on stopping it more

First off. The people the run Reny are the slum of the earth. If you want something fixed your better off doing it yourself. Because they wont. They try to say you haven't paid your rent when you did. So keep records of it. When we moved out,Thank god we took pictures,Because they tried saying we left 400lbs of trash and broke screens and so forth.The manager Jenn has no clue how to manage a building. She doesn't even know her head from well,You guessed it. So if you are thinking of renting from Reny. I would think twice. I would NEVER rent from them! They are the slum lords of management! more
