I have worked for rental companies before and if I were to ever treat a customer like I have been treated by this place I would have been fired. I am not surprised that they are not on the BBB. I agree with the other review about the owner being rude and condescending. You call the office and and they say they will call and don't. more

RUN AWAY! NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS 9/1/2009

I have rented from my fair share of rental companies. This was BY FAR the worst. The owner is incredibly rude and condescending (ESPECIALLY, if you are a young person or a young couple) We had nothing but problems from the beginning.
