The staff and team here are very good at what they do. They are competent professionals with a great deal of experience, I am always pleasantly surprised with their abilities and performance. more

They showed me several places before I decided on one, they were patient the whole time. I was ready to move in a few days later and everything was clean and in great condition. All the appliances and lights worked great and I have no complaints about the management company of the rental. more

renting from them was an easy and peaceful experience. I was pleased with their response to phone call and maintenance. I will be signing my second lease next month. more

This place has no professionalism at all! they would rather you go away then work with you. They do not care about renters and do not seem to want your business. I can't wait to get rid of this contract and pay money to people who care about the customer. If you ask them questions or try to get something fixed, expect attitude and little respone. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE! more

As soon as our lease is over, i'm out of here and never renting with rentals network again. our AC broke down in july and it took these people 3 months to fix our AC and i had a new born baby in the house. It was ridiculus. I've been here for a year already and they still never came to fix our sink that didnt work since we moved in. DO NOT RENT from rentals network!!! more

Both of the reviews prior to mine couldn't be more true. They are the worst company I have ever rented from! And we are military so we have rented from a lot of places. They are just horrible people that don't know the basic skills to any customer service. Their attitude is ugly and rude. The first time I realized it was right after we moved in. I called to ask A question, that's it and I got a bad attitude responce, ugly manners, bad service, you name it! I couldn't believe they talk this way to their tenants. But unfortunatly as time went by we kept getting worse and worse encounters with everybody in that office. I just want to write this review and spare somebody the bu!lsh*t you have to deal with if you rent from this company. more

I am taking the time to post this review because I may be able to help another person from going thru a very bad ordeal..Linda Holtzer and Nat Holtzer are the owners and they are thiefs !!!! They are only interested in taking your money and do not care about any problems you may have in their rental homes..\r They make alot of promises but once they have your money you are on your own..\r They have trained the staff in the office Marcella and Alice to be very elusive and sneaky and they never give you a straight answer..We are a professsinal couple and still got taken by Rental Network .since this company has had many years to learn how to victimize and steal money from people ...So please think twice and stay away from these RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL THIEFS .. Plan out they do not value their tenants, they even go as far as saying they do not work for tenants.\r As long as I am sending my checks to you, you work for me.\r Name it and i have expreinced bad service, tardy to meetings, late on deposits, no call backs,bad policies, unfriendly management, unhelpful more like worthless office assistances, total mismanagement of my business.\r \r I would strongly advise finding a better rental service and save yourself the hassle.
