We had a great trip, but this company is beyond comprehension. We were placed in a 5+ year old, tired RV with bad shag rugs and really not that clean and 92,000 miles. If you can deal with the older gentleman, he is super nice, BUT did not show us how to use the canopy, how to hook up the black/gray water drain or how to run the generator. No big deal. The RV community at parks is pretty helpful and we figured it out.\r

On return, it was raining hard. ""Steve"" was so rude, but we figured, no big deal.\r

Next day I get a call from Steve shouting at me on the phone claiming we owed for a chipped windshield. Are you kidding? I explained that I had no idea or knowledge of a chip. Bob retorts that I am so ""stupid"" that I doubt I would have even noticed if I had. He claims he didn't see it since when we returned it, it was raining. Dinged $30 and taken out of our $500 deposit. So what, move on.\r

When I called to get an itemized copy of the damage fees taken out of my deposit, says he will mail. (Never came.)\r

My spouse calls. Same rude treatment this time from ""Petra"".\r

Here's the bottom-line. So unprofessional. So rude. We paid them plenty and in the end, I wouldn't have cared about the charge had Steve been polite. Cannot recommend.
