Went into Rent-A-Center trying to buy a computer, they gave me terrible service. They told me they were going to give me a new computer for 1300, and they charged a deposit of 233 on my credit card before printing the terms and approving me. After going through the terms she told me I wouldn't get my computer for another few days because they had to approve me. We pushed her to do the paperwork and she ended up giving us a computer in very poor condition not the new computer they promised. We ended up cancelling the plan because she said for a new one it would be 2400, which is more than double the price of a new computer. She told us to call the next day to get our refund, we have been calling for two days, she has been hanging up on us and refusing to give us our refund back. She wont forward us to her manager and keeps saying that she wont tell us how we can reach him. She is basically stealing from us for a computer we never received. Her name is Liz Rodriguez with tattoos and I highly recommend if you step into this store and see her to just walk out. I don't understand how a person with such a low level of customer service can be working at a place that deals one on one with customers. I would give this 0 stars if it was possible. Worst customer service I have received in my life.
