When someone calls your center, don't talk like you have a mouth full of mush or like you doing a drug deal. You need to be more professional. Called with a problem on a piece of furniture that we are currently paying for and the 1st 2 didn't help and the last guy Bobby, was the most arrogant, man I have ever spoken too. He jumped me from the start of saying hello. Sounds funny, well it was not. He had no idea what the situation was. he just decided he was not going to help. I buy brand new furniture I don't expect it to be broke. He did not care one bit. I will personally tell everyone the experience I have had with this uneducated, arrogant, simplified man, with no manners what so ever. I have been a teacher for many years and never have I ran into such ignorance. My tip to Texas Blvd. store, hire people with common since, and manners. Wonder why your sells are down, remember your not selling crap on the streets. HINT HINT
