Horrible customer service and communication. My husband worked in construction, and there are times you can get laid off due to lack of work, so we purchased an insurance that would protect us for up to 2 years if he got laid off, to where we wouldn't have to make payments. Well a few months later and my husband got laid off, they said we still had to make payments for a month even though we didn't have the money. They would call me all the time harassing me and my references to pay them even though I had already made payment arrangements. They would NEVER make note of our conversations and agreements over the phone on my account, so I would continuously receive phone calls from them. They are harassing me and I'm sick of it, they have horrible customer service and are rude on the phone with me. I will NEVER be doing business with them again.
