I just recently moved to Newark Illinois and the closest store to me is this store. I was having promblems with the original store I came from so this store drove an hour to go get my furniture and then over an hour after disassembling the bed and such to my new house in Newark. They have since then gone out of their way to satisfy me, so I would have to say that with all the years I have been with RAC They have definately provided me with outstanding service. more

Nice people 9/3/2005

Nice selection of furniture. The people were nice and not as pushy as the Cresthill store. Although they did follow me around the store, but I guess that's their job. Prices were a bit high, but they had some nice stuff. They offer delivery services too when you buy furniture. The parking is really bad here, because it's surrounded by other stores and parking is a tight fir. Soemtimes you have to park out of the way and walk quite a bit to get to the store. They had a sofa I was interested in, but I found it a lot cheaper somewhere else. more
