Before i moved here to burlington i really had a big respect for rent a center. But this rent a center customer service is so disrespectful. They called and i couldn't hear the girl i said i cant hear you she replies as to talking with a co worker this b....tch better stop playing with me i said excuse me what did you call me then she say says ..... which isnt my name takes my payment after i told her my name and she says hold for your confirmation number which she did on purpose puts me on hold and never returns. This is the second time with same girl i was at work they call my home my husband picks up she says its 118.00 my husband says i only have 108.00 on my card take this and when my wife gets home she ll call you with the rest this girl says no its either all or nothing real rude.ive always paid my bill but at this point im calling arrons and as soon as they deliver since this rent a center has no control of their employees can come pick up their furniture. My husband worned me about this renter a center and he went to arrons and got our sofas my loyal behind stuck with rent a center.i guess loyalty means nothing to these people.i shouldnt blame all of them b3cause some do have customer relation skills but those are in offices this girl is in the front line. Let me rephrase that they are all at fault. Im sure they know of her lack of professionalism because my husband is supervisor of a complex and many have told us they have gone else where because of the rudeness and disrespect when they call people or speak with customers.\r
They need to interview a little better.
