Good company 3/5/2013

I want to start off by saying I do home inspections on all of my properties every 4 months and provide feedback to all homeowners. How can I lie about collecting fees? Each owner is provided a statement every month that shows what fees were collected. I obviously cant make everyone happy all of the time and out of 200 owners and thousands of tenants I guess 3 bad reviews is not bad but I can tell you that we are a good company. more
