If you live on the upper east side you know that a good and reliable cleaners is hard to find despite the fact that there are 4 cleaners on every block. And one should not have to pay through the nose for what cleaners are in the business to do: really CLEAN my clothes, return them ALL to me by when i say. After trying out Renoir across the 59th st. bridge in Jackson heights, I know where I'll be taking my clothes from now on. My clothes are really clean (not like the press and steam over sheist that so many places in the city are known to pull) and yet they look newer than ever - no fades, no pilling, wearing. and SUPER LOW PRICES!! I've been to many dry cleaners and this one ranks among the best. In my experience, I've found that most dry cleaners do not take the extra step to warm up to customers, not to mention, dry clean clothes to my satisfaction. I was surprised therefore at how congenial the employees were at Renoir and the quality of work was unbelievably to my satisfaction. I have short legs, so when I purchase new pants, I almost always have to get them tailored and often the dry cleaners will either cut too short or too long, but Renoir has consistently tailored them just perfect, even offering suggestions that, had I not take them, would have made me look not as perfect as I could.
