We have used Kim several times now and I would not use anyone else.

Very Poor Service, staff is very unfriendly, rude and unprofessional. They do not return phone calls and avoid you if you try to reach them. I would not recommend them to anyone. ...

Beware Owners 1/12/2011

They say that the tenant agreement is one of the products offered to the owner, but refuse to let the owner see this agreement before it's presented with a prospective renter. I wonder what's missing? Sounds like a scam and a big time waster to me. Remember you have to manage the property with this agreement more

The entire staff bent over backwards to help me and my wife after our rental home was foreclosed on. They are open 7 days a week and were able to help us when we had time to look and do the paperwork. We highly recommend them. more
