We have used Kim several times now and I would not use anyone else.

Very Poor Service, staff is very unfriendly, rude and unprofessional. They do not return phone calls and avoid you if you try to reach them. I would not recommend them to anyone. ...

A++++ I don't often write reviews.....But this place was extremely--GREAT.....Way fast--helpful--fair.......The way they operate they actually save owners & tenants time & money!--They helped me out so much (when I was suddenly moved out of my place due to leakage issues and floor problems!) Property managements places--in contrast? were pretty--rude--(burned out employees).........NOT so with Reno Rental Places..........I would go only there---when seeking a rental in future! Arlyn more

The staff here was very friendly. I have a child and took him with me to look for an apt. They were very welcoming and accommodating to having a five year old in their office, which meant a lot. I quickly found the perfect place to meet my needs. They really do take the stress out of finding a place. They quickly processed my paper work and I had the keys in two days. I totally recommend Reno Rental Finders. more

I have used RRF for many years and have had great service and success. The staff are all helpful and knowledgeable in all matters relating to the Reno rental market and real estate conditions. As an out of state property owner I find their services perfect for my situation. I plan on using their services again when the need come up. more

Even open on the weekends 12/23/2012

Staff friendly and helpful. Lots of information on places for rent in Reno. Brought my friend into the office and he saw some of their listings on a Saturday and they were able to get him into a new place that same day. more

Great service 12/20/2011

I read a review that gave this service a bad rating. We have been renting our properties for over 20 years and doing it ourselves. Just this past year we started using Reno rental finders. I was unsure the first two weeks but have got to tell you they are efficient,friendly and for what they do I feel they are also reasonable. They do all the leg work for you. I like them because you still have control of your property after they find you a renter. They take all the phone calls and screen the tenants. What a life saver in time.
