the absence of customer service is a mere distraction from the core rip off the consumer values, truly out does a bad car dealership full of lemons. \r They put wrong bindings on wrong skis , wait forevever, and then act like they are doing you a big favor. will not talk to you if thier is a problem, and pass you from tech to tech until you wish you were talking to tier 3 support in New Dehli. more
