Reno Mazda-Kia

I toured their lot a couple months back. I went on line to find a KIA dealer near Reno and this place popped up. I am well versed in car shopping and know what to look for. These people came across as professionals but NOT in a good way. They are professional car salesmen. They prey on the unsuspecting customer. If you do not know how to buy a car then I suggest you stay away from these guys. They'll eat you alive and charge you for it !! They use the 25 dollar gift card bait to pull you in but you won't receive the card for nearly two months after the fact, I tried it for kicks, I did not need or want the money, just thought I would see if they would indeed make good on it and they did...Finally..! Shop somewhere else for a KIA.. more

I just bought my first car through mazda and it great!!! The service was great they did everything to make it work out for me. I love my car they made sure it was the right one for me before I bought it. they were very helpful. Eddie is the guy that helped me get my car. Eddie was great very funny and very helpful. I highly recommend at least shopping here I bet you wont find anywhere else that has better deals or service!!!! more

They altered my warranty contract. Did faulty repairs on my car, now want more and more to fix it. They've had my car for more than 3 months now. Only care about ripping customers off. They still refuse to repair my car, even with pending criminal and class action civil lawsuits against them. I am a constituent and consumer advocate for Senator John Ensign, but they rebuffed his requests for a resolution. BE WARNED ! more
