Good: Honest and willing to actually investigate my problem before assuming I needed all new parts.. Bad: My entire experience was perfect. There was nothing I did not like.. Improvements: None, please please please keep this guy in business... he's a diamond in the rough.. Other: This guy literally charged me $20 to fix something that others were quoting above $400 to do. I'm sure it only took him 15 minutes to fix it, and he charged me accordingly. The quality of work is exceptionally good and my problem is solved without needing to spend an outrageous amount of money. We need more people who are honest and affordable like this in the world.. more

This shop reminds me of my dad's garage back in Illinois. That gave me a lot of comfort knowing that I had picked the right place. It has a small town feel even though it is in the middle of urban sprawl. There is always a lot of business and return customers. And people can just walk in and talk. The people are honest and do not try to sell a procedure that you do not necessarily need. I love that they have a website. I like knowing what I am getting myself into. I had to pick some place to get my car repaired after 2 hit and runs (in the same week!). Since no one came forward to claim responsibility and since I didn't think that the damage was severe enough to turn into insurance and raise my rates, I paid out of pocket to repair the damage. I thought that the price paid was reasonable for the work done. The work was done quickly and around my schedule. They are more interested in being honest and getting return customers and referrals than in making the almighty buck! more
