I ordered 3 large pizza for pick up and they was very cold whine i got them home I called and they said their was nothing they could do so check your food Pros: fresh more

The pizza will be the only reason I go back. Chicken and noodles were just okay. I would rather pay 13 dollars for a better tasting dish. The bread was hard and flavorless and the salad was just iceberg lettuce, tomatoe slices, and soggy onion rings. Pros: Good Pizza more

We decided to do something small but nice and we went to Rennas Pizza at Mandarin for our 5th anniversary, we order a Large thin crust meat lovers and a bottle of wine, the cashier charged me for both items arround 40 bucks and then after 10 minutes when the pizza was almost ready she told me that they don't have any more wine, so she gave me a dirty glass of wine not even full. Very dissapointed about the service, after I look at the dirty not well washed glass of wine ( of course we didn't drink it) I started looking every corner of the restaurant arround us and I found napkins on the floor, the light lamps with spyderweb, I just decided to take the pizza with us in a box and eat at home. How they can be out of wine a busy Saturday at 7pm. I don't know about the other locations but the 11111 San Jose Blvd. is not recommended at all! The pizza was just ok, soggy all arround but crusty on the edges, not enough good to give more than 1 star to this poor pizza place. Is just not the taste, everything is important: A clean place to eat is nicer. Just wondering do they wash their hands in the kitchen? who knows.... Pros: Two thumbs down Cons: Two thumbs down more

This is our favorite pizza EVER! It is absolutely delicious! The crust is thin and crisp, and the cheese is real whole milk mozzerella, and it has the classic stringy awsomeness! This is a pizza lovers pizza, the pepperonis are flavorful and slightly tender and succulent. It is a place where u pick up at the counter, but no worries, you will enjoy every bite of this pie! the service is lousy;the pizza is worse!the crust is so thin you you could read a newspaper thru it! i came in with my family,ordered dinners,no waitress service at all! you had to pick up your own order,no trays,no offers of help to your table!i had to ask for forks,knives spoons,etc. it's absurd! the chicken parmigarna was pieces of thinly sliced chicken patties! for over$63.00 that i was charged,i could've done better at benigan's across the street,at least they know how to smile and say hello,and welcome-will never return-the sauce has a burnt flavor and smell to it!! more

I'm 40 years old and before I could drive we went from San Jose area to Phillips Mall (yeah, you're old too if you remember that mall) and ate at the original Renna's. Now that I can get delivery at my home from a Renna's I've forgotten Dominjoke, Pitiful Hut, and Crappy John's. Want real pizza, call Renna, I will be in 30 minutes! I love the Pizza! I love the fact you can see them making your food. The staff was very helpful. They really go out of thier way to make sure the customer is happy. I had a slice of pizza, a salad, and a slice of chocolate cake for dessert.Its a little higher priced but well worth it. Pros: service, great staff, awesome food more

Glancing at a fresh pie, it looks like any other pizza you might get like at, say, Sbarro. But when you taste it...the sauce and their toppings...you discover this is more than a mere pizza. Renna's is the best pizza in the world!!! My aunt works there as the manager and Mr. Renna is fantastic. The food is always fresh and I love to help around there when I can. I just absolutely love their salads and pizza and especially the lasagna. more

when we lived in jax. we visited this pizza place quite often. since moving to houston, tx., we have not been able to find a pizza place that even comes close to this one. the fresh ingredients, the cold beer... this is by far the best pizza place in jax. i wish i was in jax! more
