I have been working out two or three times a week with trainers at Renew. My workouts are always excellent, thoughtful, high energy and focused on helping me attain my goals (which are to tone up, slim down and complete the Kirkland Half Marathon on Mother's Day '07). The facility is new, clean and bright. The trainers are professional and exceptionally knowledgeable. Highly recommend this group of trainers to help you meet your fitness goals.
