One and Done 1/17/2013

If zero stats was an option, that would be my score. i got one massage at this place and will never go back. It seemed nice enough upon arrival, but I was left waiting for the massage therapist for 15 minutes and she reduced the length of my massage to keep herself on schedule . I couldn't believe it - she is the one who was late and MY service was shortened?! i was charged full price of course! They have since been calling and leaving messages asking " how are you" and " haven't seen you in a while." So I decided to call back and let them know Why I didn't return. I called and "Maddie" answered. I told her I was returning their calls and wanted to let them know I wasn't happy with my massage which is why I didn't return. Her response was simply, " OK. I will make a note so we don't call you anymore." She could have at least said she was sorry for my bad experience. Unbelievable. This place is the worst. They obvious don't care. more

Hair Be Gone! 12/10/2010

If you are need of a hair-removing experience, come to Renaissance Euro Day Spa. The service is just amazing. Coming from someone who was reluctant to even consider waxing, I have to say that she is absolutely the best waxer around. She is compassionate, caters to cowards and is just overrall professional and thorough. I will return to Renaissance Euro Day Spa and again for future waxing. Thank you for helping me relax and wax!!!! more

Turned me into a repeat customer 11/23/2010

I had a brazilian wax with Tracy. She was great, made me feel relaxed (as relaxed as one can be whilst being waxed in that area!) and was very friendly. Tracy did a great job, was very thorough and has definitely turned me into a repeat customer. I have lived in some very metropolitan places and this was probably the best wax and experience that I have had in any salon or spa. However, the service was a bit expensive. But, I suppose you get what you pay for and I would much rather pay more for a positive experience! Goodness knows that I have had some very terrible waxing experiences at much cheaper places! Yuck! more

I am now healthier 9/21/2010

I have always been overweight and have never been one to exercise regularly, but with the help from the people that work at the gym, I am now healthier than I have ever been and I go to the gym at least 4 times a week. The staff here are so nice and I have become close friends with many of them. more

No other place to get in shape 9/10/2010

they have everything...Free childcare, juice bar with wonderful food and the smoothies are awesome, the best day spa in town, aerobics classes...HANDS DOWN there is NO other place to get in shape than The Spa!!!? more

my saving grace! I enjoy the group exercise classes (Zumba is my favorite!), then relax in the suana or the whirlpool. The juice bar is fantastic wit all sorts of gourmet salads and sandwhiches! more

I cannot find any imperfection with the facility 8/25/2010

I was a member at another facility in Fayetteville, NC and when I finally finished my contract I told myself that I would never sign up for another membership again. I was talked into visiting the Spa from a friend and I immediately fell in love. I have been a member for two years now and I cannot find any imperfection with the facility or its' staff. Now I know why they have been voted the best of Fayetteville for so many years.? more

5 star top notch service! 7/29/2010

This spa is fabulous! I went in when my baby was 5 weeks old and had the new mommy package. The massage felt like heaven on my tired body and my facial was great too. Between my appointments there was fresh fruit and cookies to snack on and water with lemon to drink. The atmosphere was wonderful and the staff was very friendly. I felt so relaxed there I didn't want to leave! more

My wife made me go... 7/21/2010

My wife made me go...and it was fantastic. I had a great facial and pedicure, which I won't admit to my friends, but there were just as many men here as women...So I'm hooked and don't feel out of place. There's a reason why women retreat to this place, it's just perfect. My services were fantastic and my wife and I were able to sit side my side to get our pedicures in a private little suite. We'll be back. more

Visiting from california and I spoke to a manager and purchased a one month pass. Love the classes and the trainers that they have on staff all day long. They have an awesome daycare with children's programs for those parents out there wondering. I've been coming here everyday for over a week since I really love the Jacuzzi and sauna action and yes... I have been working out too...? more
