i hate this place!people here don't care about anything!\r they let you sit in your apartment when is raining and leaking inside the apartment!!!i've been calling them million times and NO RESULTS!\r they keep coming whenever they want to and send different people to check the things(FORGET ABOUT FIXING ANYTHING!)\r do you know what they do if you want to break the lease?\r i know what is in contract i just need to find out what and how excactlyy this management behave?\r \r i really want to move! more

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE 2/21/2011

I don't even want to give them one star. The only good thing about this place is the location to downtown Red Bank and the parking. The laundry facilities are disgusting and there are about 10 usable washers and dryers for all these buildings. Someone ever opened my dryer up and let my money run out and left my clothes soaking wet. The pool has been closed since 2005, there are all sorts of random animals without owners or leashes, and the people in the main office are incompetent and rude. Be prepared to fix your own stuff if it breaks, leaks, you name it. And trust me, it will. Avoid this place. Keep looking! You get what you pay for. We can't WAIT to move out. more

poor service 2/24/2010

this business is very poor at calling tennants back when you leave a message. they are also very poor at making sure the tennants have their issues handled in a timely manner. they will not call tennants to set up a time or to even make sure it is ok with tannants that they come to fix or check anything in the apartment. anytime they need to notify the tennant of anything they do so by putting notification either on the floor in front of your apartment or in a door hanger on your door. not a very professional way of doing things. i would not recoment anyone move into any of their apartment complexes Pros: the grass is always cut Cons: having any of your issues dealt with more
