Everyone involved with Remodel USA from Martin the sale man to Randy and his crew was wonderful and highly efficient. It blew my mind at how quickly the whole job was completed. When they left you wouldn't even know that anyone was even there. I would highly recommend Remodel USA. more

We contracted with Remodel USA to add a sunroom onto the back of our house where our deck originally was and open it up to our family room to make one large space we can use for our family get togethers. Our experience with them was amazing from start to finish. The sales representative, Howard, arrived at our house on time and was quite knowledgable about all aspects of the project. He thoroughly explained the process to us and told us when he thought they would be able to start and how long it would take. He said the job could be completed in 2 weeks. We were pleased about that but skeptical. After all they were going to have to literally cut off the back of our house. Jose and his team arrived promptly on day one, ready to work--despite the sub-zero temperatures. They were always professional, reliable, polite, and they knew what they were doing. After each day's work, they thoroughly cleaned up. We were never inconvenienced. They finished up exactly 2 weeks after they started--as promised. We are completely satisfied with the job. As a result, when we learned that Remodel USA also does kitchens and that Jose and his guys would be the ones working on it, we decided to give our kitchen a new makeover. We had the cabinets refaced. Prior to talking with Remodel USA, we were skeptical about getting cabinets refaced, but we totally trusted Jose. And they turned about absolutely beautiful. They look brand new. We added a wall oven, so that gave us a second oven in the kitchen. They had to build a cabinet around the new oven. It looks fabulous. New granite countertops, a new backsplash, and new lighting. And we now have a kitchen we are proud to call our own. We were almost sorry when the job was completed (which only took 5 days) because we missed hanging out with our new friends, Jose and his guys. more

The man were excellent workers. Very polite, respectful of my home, me and my animals. Would love to have them come back if more work is needed. :-) more

I ordered extra attic cellulose insulation and exterior aluminum cladding on two bay windows. Lou made sure both projects were completed to specifications and in a timely manner. He noted the cladding was not done correctly the first time and made sure it was installed and caulked correctly. The attic access barrier was finished with plywood about a month after it was blown in, and sealed with new batting making it a better air barrier than before. Lou was not only responsive to my questions, but very flexible to meet my changing schedule. His attention to detail and level of customer service exceeded my expectations. I would be happy to use Remodel USA and Lou Arnn again for more home projects in the future. more

Ralph (with Brandi too) was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, funny and did not push me. The Owens Corning Basement is a great product. This is all I would want in my basement, when I save the money to do this project. I recommend Ralph (and Brandi) for anyone wanting the Owens Corning basement. I would not put drywall in my basement after his presentation. more

Ed Smith along with a few others worked amazingly hard at getting our basement complete in just one week. They came early and worked long days and did a great job. They were kind, friendly and helpful. Thanks guys for a job well done! more
