Three of us went for Thanksgiving dinner. Outrageous prices ! My husband had the ahi tuna $55, and found it dry, my mom had requested end cut prime rib $55- and not really an end cut, and I had the winner of the meal with rack of lamb $55. To top off the mediocre meal , they had the audacity to automatically include the tip ! Service was accommodating, but prices were way out of line for the quality of the food. May be a nice place for drinks at night but we won't go back for dinner. more

The restaurants service and atmosphere are wonderful; the food however leaves a lot to be desired. I had the mixed appetizer which was good and also ordered the bone in rib eye. The steak was tough and had absolutely no flavor, not even salt or pepper. Anybody can buy a steak and grill it but a chef should be a cut above and actually prepare the meal with some attention to taste. I could have gone to Sizzler or Outback and had a better meal for a lot less money. Pros: Service Cons: Food more

Wonderful Food and Great Atmosphere 2/8/2007

Remington's is a great place. I attended one of their cigar dinners and it was great!!! The staff was wonderful and knew many people in my party by name from only meeting them a couple times and the food was amazing!!! Another thing that I noticed when I was there, that I really liked, was that the restaurant puts on events to beneifits charities, like the American Heart Association. I noticed this event because everytime you have dinner at Remington's till Valentine's Day, you are entered in a drawing for a $5,000 necklace and some of the proceeds go to teh AHA. I think that is such a neat idea!!!!!! more

Not Worth the Effort 4/14/2005

Very hard to find unless you know the neighborhood. Live jazz in the bar, and very good food. The crowd - I should say the diners - were pretty staid and jaded. Not a high-energy place at all. Traditional quality 11/25/2003

We took Auntie for a special meal and Remington's served just fine. Expensive, but the steaks and sides were good and the service was excellent. Auntie was impressed. Not a trendy place, it's more what older folks looking for ""white table cloth"" dining would choose. Comfortable with conversation-level ambient noise.
