The good thing is that Remedy is just like a lot of other staffing companies. The bad part is that's not a good thing. As with most staffing agencies, they make you take multiple tests, multiple applications and long interviews. I understand that this is needed to make sure you are the right person for an assignment. The problems is that they require you to spend all that time for them, but in turn they will not spend any time returning phone calls or emails. Even if to say, ""we don't have anything now, but we will be in touch if something comes up."" (that would take a matter of seconds to write then click on the reply button). 1 - 2 hours of tests and interviews compared to 15 - 30 seconds to reply to an email or phone message...I don't see that as being unreasonable. If you want a company that will ignore you after the interview, youve found it. If you want a company that will show a mutual respect, cross Remedy off your list. \r

p.s. This was written by someone that did work an assignment for them and did a good job as was well liked by their client. Seems like that's the type of temp talent they would want to keep.
Pros: Wish I could think of one
Cons: Show of respect, communication, follow thru, appreciation.
