I feel bad because I have gone to Remedez for a few years. This last experience with my hair cut was really awful. I went in for a trim and ended up with inches of my hair gone. I hope no one else has to go through what I did. more

Love Remedez 12/28/2011

I have had several services from Remedez. I will not go anywhere else. Brianna does my hair and i cannot find anyone who can make it look as good as she does. (and i have had my fair share of terrible cut and colors). Also Trista does my eyebrows, and knows exactly what i need done just by looking at me. I always get compliments on my eyebrows. They always make me feel comfortable from start to finish. I highly recommend Remedez. more

Best Hair Salon In The Valley 11/14/2011

I have been going to Remedez for many years. I have had pedicures, manicures, massages, and hair services. I haven't been disappointed yet. I will continue going to Remedez as long as it remains in business. I have difficult hair to color (gray). My stylist, Beca, is amazing. She has found just the right balance of product to make my hair look great! She is excellent with the shears too. I have had numerous comments about my cut and color throughout the years. The front desk staff is helpful and efficient. They are willing to help with anything and make me feel comfortable right away by offering tea or the one-of-a-kind trail mix unique to Remedez. I highly recommend Remedez...I send all my friends and family there. more

I have been a client of Becka's for about a year now. I have been so pleased with her work every single appointment. She is professional (on time), friendly and very talented. She does an excellent job with my color, cut and even styling (a tricky thing - Becka is great). I have recently moved out of the state but every time I'm in town, I will book an appointment with Becka! more

An expensive assembly line 11/9/2011

I have been receiving services from this salon for years. This time is my last. I was over charged by thirty dollars, treated like cattle and had a very unsatisfactory experience. This visit was a second chance from a very poor previous experience. more

Saturday Splurge 11/6/2011

My best friend and I braved winter weather to have a peaceful, relaxing day at Remedz! Our appoiintments couldn't be synchronized for each service but we talked over lunch! The massage was perfect....although after our facials we both agreed this was just as wonderful as a massages. If we ran short of time an another visit, we would definitely just book a facial! Checking out is hairy and seems too time consuming! No receipt is given so you often wonder if the charges are correct, something definetely that needs improvement. The hot Aveda tea is a nice addition to the services. We had a nice Saturday and left feeling energized. more

Great hair color 11/3/2011

Kristen was great. She really took her time and listened to me of what I wanted,...she gave me a great hair color and cut. I was in this same salon about a month ago,...and didn't know if I wanted to go back,..because my experience was pretty bad. My hair color took way over 4 hrs.,,the girl that did it had to run,..so I had to have another girl finish it. My color wasn't too good either,...lots of uneven color through my hair. What the bad part of all this was,..I was getting married that weekend. I was pretty upset to say the least! more

Great service 11/3/2011

I had a haircut and color and was very happy with the service. I felt the products work well with my hair and especially love the extra touches: the hand massage while my hair color processed, the offer of water and a snack of trail mix during my time there. I also like the way they train and help one another. I also appreciate it when they have specials or have samples of products to try. more

bad color 11/3/2011

My stylist was 20 min late starting my 10:00a.m. appointment. Then she took another client while my foils where in. We had talked about a toner at the end so she had another person put it on at the sink. When we took them out my hair was WAY TOO DARK. She then tried to wash it out with a bleach shampoo mixture, which helped some, but has left my hair feeling a bit dry and rough. I have been a blonde all my life. The color I have now can't even be described. I like my stylist, but felt she was way to busy to focus on my hair. In the next couple of weeks I will be looking to have this fixed. I may call in and ask for the best color person you have to add highlights to this flat brown that I am now sporting. :( more

Angela does a great job with my hair. Over the years I came home from hair appointments with others always frustrated because my hair was mercilessly hacked or the wait was terrible. Angela listens to what I need then carefully cuts and colors my hair. I appreciate her hand massages and her friendly. genuine personality. I love getting my hair done at Remedez Hair Spa becuase it is always so nice, you are treated nice and I love the hand massages since I work in a field that I wear latex gloves and so my hands are always dry. more
