Poor service. They did not file claims properly. Rude staff. Old equipment. They show shiny new..but that is not what is delivered. Did not teach patient how to use equipment and did not fit properly. Caused pain and harm. Always check not only they are on your providers list of insurance, but if they accept assignment. That is the question! They did not so they charge you over what is allowed by the insurance. No care, just order takers. So beware! more
