Legally, there is not much a home seller or buyer can do to find recourse when it comes to a dishonest agent. So apparently leaving reviews is what we are left with to warn others.This guy is a perfect example of ANYONE can get a license to sell homes in this state. He guarantees to sell your home in 60 days...yup guarantees. But you guessed it, he does not. But the guarantee is enough to get people to sign up. Unfortunately this guy and his ""team"" can't even return communications within 60 days much less sell your house. Don't hire him and god be with you if he reps the house you want.
