I am a tenant where Re/Max 200 Manages the property. Bottom line - Avoid them at all costs. With customer service like they have, I wouldn't even dream of going through them to purchase a home.
They have ridiculous late fees (if you pay the first business day after the 1st when the 1st is on a weekend. They don't answer the phone, and if you leave a message, they don't call you back.
Be careful who they send to your house for repairs. I ended up with a $400 water bill after the sprinkler system was fixed, and the person changed the sprinkler settings to water the lawn 2 hours a day, 7 days a week.
