Warning to anyone who tries to purchase furniture here. They do not follow up on past due dates, honor there promises or deliver what was promised. Just take your money and hope when you do get your furniture you are happy. This is a synopsis of my ""attempted"" purchase of furniture from this store. On June 30th after doing much research through countless stores I decided on a purchase of Coaster Furniture viewed over the internet. I went into this store and they informed me they could have it delivered in 5 - 7 business days. They took my over $3,500 dollars and I waited. After two weeks I called them to ask where my furniture was and they first said the regional guy was on vacation and it had not been ordered yet, then it was on back order from the factory but promised I would have it by the end of the month. End of Month came and when I called back they said the Bed and Night tables were on Back order but they had everything else and could deliver it Aug 5th and would send the rest by Mid month. Aug 5th came and then another call to inform me their inventory was inaccurate and the dressers and mirror were also not in stock and that that would be in next week. I asked them to deliver the mattress and table I ordered and then the dressers next week, with the Actual bed and nightstands mid month. After all this they had the nerve to actually request I pay $95 for the extra trip they were going to have to make. Needless to say I told them to shove it!!! NEVER BUY FROM HERE, there has been a constant stream of lies about delivery and what is actually in stock with no follow up when they did not deliver what was promised!
