this title company is horrible.\r they do not look in their file that closing date is up and they do not have lien and serch done or lien and search company did not send back info for 30 days.\r I am an agent and buyer closing with cash and waiting and waiting. when agent calls all the time it is different answer.\r not good. this is worst company more
