The staff at this automotive repair shop really helped me when I was in a bind. The manager was extremely helpful. He took his time with me and called me with status updates after towing in my car. When I was there, the owner greeted me and assured me that I would be back on the road quickly. It's fixed and I haven't had any problems since. I do not know what the previous user is talking about, guess there will always be complainers no matter what! I also worked with Susan, who is super friendly, knowledgeable, and consistent. She worked with me throughout the entire transmission rebuild of my 97 Acura Integra. I also had to have the price I was told amended because more work was involved, but the entire process was explained to me in laymen terms that I could understand, and the cost of the job was STILL CHEAPER THAN WHAT AAMCO quoted me, with a warranty on the work. The worst shop ever .. the nice smooth talking saleman, susan gave me a low price over the phone. then added 500.00 to the price when my truck was there. then never talked to me again once job was sold, she dropped me like a hot potato. she just let the office help deal with me..i had the truck towed back 2 more times to completely rebuild the transmission each time under warranty. All in 1 month.Thats right 3 rebuilds in 1 month (WTF) .When i picked it up the final time the truck was left outside on the street in queens with both windows down, but the doors were locked.finally after 3 rebuild i brought it to another shop closer to home and now the trans is perfect. I WISH I COULD TELL EVERYONE HOW GOING TO RELIABLE RESTORED MY FAITH IN PEOPLE. I DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT TRANSMISSIONS UNTIL I EMAILED THEM AND SUSAN, A MANAGER THERE CONTACTED ME AND WAS BEYOND HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE. I FELT LIKE I GOT A FAIR PRICE BUT NOW THAT MY CAR HAS BEEN RUNNING SO BEAUTIFULLY FOR A LONG TIME I KNOW THAT I WAS GIVEN A VERY HONEST DEAL AND IT WAS MONEY WELL SPENT. THEY EVEN REIMBURSED ME FOR A RENTAL CAR SO I COULD GET TO WORK. AND I USED THEIR FINANCING AND IT WAS LEGITIMATLY WITH NO INTEREST.
