Our car has been shuddering for months and we reluctantly faced the fact that we might have to replace the transmission. My husband and I found you by asking some of his coworkers. You immediately seemed to know what he was talking about and suggested that you first try replacing all of the transmission fluid. I brought the car back later and you replaced the fluid. The car drives like a dream. We thank you for fixing our car and not taking advantage of us. Free Miles Transmission is the best!!!! more

This is a great place to get your car fixed. Owner was so professional and provided first rate work at a very fair price. My BMW needed new brakes and rear wheel bearings and the car runs like a dream now. He is definitely my go to mechanic from here on out. Would recommend Reliable Transmission to anyone needing a mechanic. more

Thank you for being an honest mechanic and for fixing my car at a very reasonable rate. I'm afraid some mechanics would have replaced the whole transmission in my car and I wouldn't have known the difference. it's good to know there are a few people , as yourself, who still have a good business run by good people who care about their fellow man. They do an excellent job here at Free Miles Transmission. Its not just an oil change but he inspects the car thoroughly to make sure there's nothing else wrong with the car. more

Very pleased with the service 10/19/2011

Free Miles Transmission Auto Care in Newport News, VA made my day even after I had to pay $1,500 for a transmission. They kept the shop opened past closing just for me to pick up my car after work. They also throw me in a free car wash. I don't know what more I could ask for. Thank you so much! more

Honest and Accurate mechanics! 10/3/2011

The workers over at Free Miles Transmission Auto Care are reliable and trustworthy. I brought my Toyota Tundra to them thinking that I might have to replace my transmission. The mechanic found a bad sensor in the transmission. After they replaced the sensor the transmission on my truck shifted as if it was brand new. I am very impressed with the honesty and great service that Free Miles Transmission has provided for me. I highly recommend them. more
