The grumpy woman behind the desk acted like she was doing me a favor by answering my questions. All her answers came from a manual on the desk and another employee working in the back room. I wanted to replace my factory speakers, from previous research I knew my front speakers were component speakers and she tried to sell me normal speakers. You could tell she had no interest in giving me options or actually getting the best sound, only to get my money and get me out. They wanted over $250 to sell and install 4 phoenix gold 6.5s. Personally I would never go back. more

Great work and helpful 7/27/2010

These guys were very knowledgable about what I was trying to accomplish with my car. The work was great and the sound quality was excellent. Most importantly, the labor was more than reasonable. I almost felt like I was cheating them. That is the only car audio place I will be using for now on. more

The old Bait and switch 2/13/2007

I don't know how they do business all the time but everytime I have dealt with them there has been a problem. They have just told me one thing over the phone and the price juist changed in twenty minutes, it cost me 51 dollars to activate a new credit card that I was not going to activate except for this more
