Reliable Sanitation & Recycling

Reliable sanitation service is the best they have been do my garbage and recycling for over 12 years I have not problems at all with this great company.I will highly recommend this service to all my friends.They are 1#in my book. more

After 9 years being with this company I had a simple question about my bill . The owner of the company became verbally abusive and stated .""I am not going to argue about this I will just pick up the can."" She really did not care that she was losing a good paying loyal customer. I did not call to argue with her I just had a simple question that deserved a simple answer but she chose to be abusive. So Goodbye and good riddens. There are other reputable companies out there that know how to treat there customers respectfully.I have to say that I did not have any problems until I questioned my bill then look out if you want to be yelled and screamed at over the phone. The owner is rude and obnoxious. more

Happy 2015 !\r \r Met with the owner today, Pam... Such a nice woman. Picked up our Christmas tree for us and is recycling it as well. Even went as far as to sweep our driveway from any pine needles that had fallen !\r \r Fantastic service, always returns our calls, never one issue. They truly are RELIABLE ! more

Reliable Sanitation has been fantastic! I highly recommend them. Everyone has been so great to work with and so friendly. We've had a couple occasions where we asked them to pick up extra things beyond our normal service, and they were so quick and responsive to do that at a very reasonable cost. Great job!! more

Pam and her crew are incredible! I have been a customer for years but she treats me like most businesses treat new customers. They never miss a week no matter what the weather and I know they charge a little bit less than their competitor who also picks up trash in my neighborhood. This is a GREAT group to work with! They come when they are suppose to and are quick to respond to any request. We have used them for approximately 15 years after having bad experience with other companies who consistently did not show up. The owners are kind and care about you and the reputation of their business! You can't go wrong here! more

Awesome Company! Family owned and operated and truly live up to their name. They have been our trash and recycling company for years and we highly recommend them. They are very personable, NEVER miss a day and are extremely easy to work with. I have done business with 3 other companies in the last 25 years. The big difference for me is that this company does exactly what they promise and they do not mess up my billing, my lawn, my container, and they are truly neighborly and reliable! The other companies, both big and small, have either : knocked over my garbage and not cleaned it up.... Done incorrect billing and taken a long time and many calls to correct..... Emptied can but left garbage all over the place....... Been unreliable in pick up times....... Destroyed the wheels on my can from their automatic machine and lack of personal concern for property of others....... Smashed my mailbox and denied it..... I like that if I have a question , I can call and talk to the owner / operator. I have no personal friendship with the owner, but she has always been professional while also being neighborly. If you go elsewhere because of price, please recall my list of concerns above: I am almost sure one of the problems I listed will happen with another provider, given enough time! The big guys may match the price now, but I guarantee that they will change the rate on you down the line. Good luck! Walt more
