Wow. What customer service! My son forgot to take the trash to the curb, and yet the pick up guys came into my driveway to make sure we didn't get stuck with a week's worth of trash. The company owner, who does it all, chatted with me and was, as always, genuinely helpful and cheerful. I couldn't be happier with their service! more

I have been with reliable sanitation service since 2001 they have never missed a week picking my trash up.Their service is excellent the price is better than the other companies.They are like clock work on time all the time.You are not just a number with reliable you are valued customer.I will tell all my friends about the 1 service in wake county. more

I have been a customer of Reliable Sanitation for many years and they have always exceeded my expectations. Some days, I am late to get the cans out and they help me take my trash from behind my house to the truck. They always stop and greet me and wish me a good day. I can count on them to brighten my day and add some positive energy. They are cautious in the neighborhood and I have never seen them speed down the road like other providers. This is comforting to me since the kids are going to school during collection time. If you choose them as your provider you will be very satisfied. I am grateful for all they do for me. more

They have always gone above and beyond duty to serve me and my family (including walking down the driveway to pick-up the trashcan I had forgotten to take to the curb one week). more

We and some of our neighbors switched to Reliable a little over a year ago. Pam and her crew and more than ""reliable."" They know us all by name and treat everyone like family. The Reliable crew has to be the politest, most conscientious garbage collection service out there. Diane Lee more

After 9 years being with this company I had a simple question about my bill . The owner of the company became verbally abusive and stated .""I am not going to argue about this I will just pick up the can."" She really did not care that she was losing a good paying loyal customer. I did not call to argue with her I just had a simple question that deserved a simple answer but she chose to be abusive. So Goodbye and good riddens. There are other reputable companies out there that know how to treat there customers respectfully.I have to say that I did not have any problems until I questioned my bill then look out if you want to be yelled and screamed at over the phone. The owner is rude and obnoxious. more

Happy 2015 !\r \r Met with the owner today, Pam... Such a nice woman. Picked up our Christmas tree for us and is recycling it as well. Even went as far as to sweep our driveway from any pine needles that had fallen !\r \r Fantastic service, always returns our calls, never one issue. They truly are RELIABLE ! more

Reliable Sanitation has been fantastic! I highly recommend them. Everyone has been so great to work with and so friendly. We've had a couple occasions where we asked them to pick up extra things beyond our normal service, and they were so quick and responsive to do that at a very reasonable cost. Great job!! more

We've used Reliable for almost ten years now. We switched from a large corporate service and couldn't be more pleased. On occasion we have forgotten to put the can out. A quick phone call to Pam and later in the day they swing by to finish the job. You just can't get service like that anywhere else. more

Pam and Willie are like family. They are always meticulous in their work, and as the name says, they are Reliable. Their work is thorough and they stop to pick up any stray bits of debris that may fall from containers during pickup. I always favor the family owned and operated small business people. You can't miss if you choose Reliable Sanitation and Recycling. And please do recycle your plastic, metal, and cardboard. more

Pam and her crew are incredible! I have been a customer for years but she treats me like most businesses treat new customers. They never miss a week no matter what the weather and I know they charge a little bit less than their competitor who also picks up trash in my neighborhood. I love that Pam has always considered recycling part of the deal rather than charging separately. It is always a pleasure to see her driving the truck. You go Pam! more

We have used them for approximately 15 years after having bad experience with other companies who consistently did not show up.
