Customer service was nothing compared to McDonalds. I rented my car from ""reliable"" rent-a-car. One day i was on my way to work and found that my car was gone. So i do the whole 911 ordeal. I find out that it got towed due to an expired license tag. What kind of rent-a-car company issues a customer a car with an expired tag?? YET alone, with cigg-stains ALL over the car seat. The car was a mess. So we get into an arguement over the phone. The rent-a-car company thought I should have paid the tow fee. Which is totally stupid and illegal. THEN, they would try to make my apartment complex pay for it. I would ask, ""how long would this take? cant you guys just pay it off and send me the car? i have a job to go to"" And the lady simply says, ""Miss, I Dont KNOW"" wtf?? yea, thats what im saying. So, its been about 3 to 4 weeks since the last time i've dealed with them. All of a sudden, i see a $96 fee on my credit card from them. They never notified me or told me in advance of any kind of fee. So i give them a call and as the lady's trying to explain why i was being charged (I KID YOU NOT, I AM BEING BRUTALLY HONEST HERE) the line goes DEAD. i call them numerous times and all i get is a machine saying that the line is tempoarily unavailable. So, ridiculous. Its not even a company, its almost like a scam. Please for the sake of yourself and your money, DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!
Pros: i had a car that actually had a running engine
Cons: horrible customer service, car was dirty, car got towed, didnt take responsibilty, charged me $96 without telling me prior to renting, everything
