After purchasing my Hyundai Santa Fe at Reliable, I continued to have the recommended service conducted at the dealership. I followed their suggestions to a letter. But when my warrenty ran out, and I immediately needed a $600 part that should have been covered by warrenty, I began to question your integrity. Then I began to receive email messages indicating all this additional work that needed to be done to meet Hyundai recommendations. I contacted a representative and they indicated that I could ignor the emails basically just "spam". Also, just had the oil changed and received a "warning message" that several fluids needed immediate attention. Coolant, Power Steering, brake fluid, with total projected amount of service to be $562. Took car to another reputable service company and told that it could all be done for approximately $200. Very disappointed in Reliable and concerned for other customers. I'm curious how many hundreds of dollars or even thousands that I spent unnecessarily! As far as purchasing a vehicle, I might recommend. As far as using for ongoing service, I'd have to say "NO", I would not recommend.
