The window displays some beautiful modern and estate pieces, and this jeweler will, no doubt, do all the normal jeweler things, but I’ve had problems on each of my visits there. I took a watch there and it took forever to get them to notice me and then only a short while before I was dismissed, having been told that they didn’t do the sort of thing I wanted. Another time, I asked them to replace a pearl in a ring, and after they spent some time trying to get me to replace the pearl with a diamond, sapphire, or ruby, they agreed to use a pearl. The pearl, when they replaced it, was far too small for the setting. Finally, they replaced the pearl with one of an appropriate size but poor luster. I haven’t been back in a few years.
