Overall, I am very happy with the service I received from Reliable Garage Door Co. The metal bar on one of my garage door openers broke, rendering that door unusable. Setting up the appointment was very easy and surprisingly friendly! Matt, the Service Tech, arrived on time, seemed very knowledgable, didn't try to talk me into replacing things that didn't need to be replaced, did the work we agreed upon with precision and in record time, cleaned up after himself, and was polite throughout. He was an excellent communicator, as was the guy who made the appointment for me. The work was done in early July. To this day, my garage doors are operating better than ever (Matt tuned up both of them). THIS is the kind of place I like to do business with! I highly recommend. I gave only 4 stars for Total Experience, instead of 5, because I thought the pricing was pretty steep. In particular, the rollers Matt sold me were over-the-top expensive. Still, I'm the kind of customer that will pay a little more to get great, reliable, trustworthy service. And that's what I got from Reliable Garage Door Co. more

We called at 9pm on Father's Day 2012....Doug was at our door with-in 20 minutes. He repaired the garage door in about 35-40 minutes. He made sure that it worked correctly and was very professional. Excellent Service~ Thanks~ Mark and Kamili more

I was having major issues with my garage door unit. Reliable was able to send a tech out in a couple of hours. Raphael, our tech, did an excellent job. I was very impressed with the fact that he is knowledgeable & took pride in his work.He checked over everything several times before leaving.
