I had a frustrating experience with this business. And, when it comes to cars & computers, I have to feel I trust the people working on them. I'm still not entirely convinced I trust them enough to go back.\r
They did fix my laptop when the DVD/CD drive went kaput.\r
It took 3 weeks to do so. To me, that is an incredibly long\r
period of time for something like that. \r
I did feel their price was fair, and that they did a reasonably good job--they even walked me through some clean-up stuff I'd asked them to take care of, which I appreciate.\r
However, less than a year later, the DVD/CD drive is beginning to go bad again. And, I don't really use it all that much. So, I wound up purchasing a desktop instead of going through all of that hassle again!
