Rejuvenation Station

I got a great haircut with Kim, but my pedicure and manicure afterwards ruined the experience. The pedicure was $50, so I was expecting something much nicer and more thorough than the usual place I go to, where I pay about $30. Instead, the woman rushed through only the most basic steps of a pedicure and, at the end of the day, my feet didn't feel any softer. The manicure was also quick and too basic for the price. The soak machine for the pedicure didn't work well and there seemed to be things floating in the water. Everything was very makeshift, with none of the special equipment you would expect for the price, and I saw no packaged equipment or signs that the equipment had been thoroughly sterilized. The spa experience was so pitiful, overpriced, and disgusting that I can't even bring myself to go back for a haircut, despite the great job Kim did. more

I am a new customer, but will definitely be back. Alyse was my stylist and she was very professional, gave me the best haircut I have had in many, many years, and really nice (and subtle) Aveda highlights to match the old highlights I already had (before I knew Aveda made hair color). No high pressure tactics to buy products, which would have discouraged me from coming back. Great customer service and I am very pleased with the results! more

I LOVE this place. I have been a loyal customer of Rejuvenation Station for 7 years or so. The salon is always very clean, everyone there is super friendly. They are all knowledgeable about Aveda products. They always have an awesome open house in December. Tania gives the best color and cut I have ever had!!! If you haven't been there you should defintely give them a try. Cons: none i can think of. more

i feel as if i need to take up for kim and clear things up. i have been going to kim for almost 10 years. in hair world thats a long time. i have never cheated on her or had a hair cut that i did not ask for, or did not like. she has been there for every appt that i have had. she is has always been on time, booked full but on time. i really dont understand how anyone could say things like that about kim or anyone for that matter. i trust kim with everything, after all its been almost 10 years. im sure that if that had really happened the way it did kim would have made it right. i love kim and i love TRS. Kim Sams rushed through appointment because someone was scheduled too soon afterwards. This directly resulted in poor quality. Cons: rushed. Not in tune with what customers want. more

The Rejuvenation Station and Nadine are wonderful! I've been going to her for facials and skin care for over 10 years and have always had great service and great results!!!! Pros: Great atmosphere, support local small business Cons: Getting across Broadway is a challenge. more

this place is filthy! hire a cleaning person!! the stylist was sweet and michelle pfeiffer pretty but told me all about her personal problems. i couldnt even relax!! more
