After a few experiences at major spa chains such as Bliss, Blue Mercury, etc....I have finally found a place I will gladly return to! I want results, not a fancy place...and this place I am confident will provide it! Not only was I treated well...but it was affordable! I have trusted my face and body to Evelyn, the ever gracious and always professional owner of Rejuvenate, for 5 years. I have had struggled with acne and acne scars for most of my adult life. The Purifying Facial, in conjunction with microcurrent and microdermabrasion, helped me take off the heavy "mask" of makeup. My breakouts have lessened significantly. The products used are gentle, yet highly effective. Evelyn ensures that all products that touch the skin are of the highest quality. Even if you don't have acne, the facials are so hydrating and soothing. Your skin will glow! Recently, I began cellulite treatment with the GX-99. I saw results after the FIRST use. My skin was significantly smoother, less rippled and dimpled and just felt "lighter". It even helped with the look of saddlebags. Since then, I have had treatments weekly, and the results have been consistently encouraging. I am so much more confident in my bikini, shorts, and skirts. Evelyn leaves no spot un-touched, and always checks my trouble spots prior and after the session. Plus, it feels great...like a nice massage! I love this machine! The service was great price was moderate. I was given a great facial hopefully my acne will heal and my face will return to a place where i can take pictures. I will be going back soon for additional treatment. The price was between $80 - $100. Con I would like to have gotten a back chair massage while my face is being steam. That would help me to be a little lighter when i am finish. Please try and get makeup shades for all. The staff are great. Keep up the good work. I was told about Rejuvenate through a great friend name Jess (that also works at the spa), and I decided to one day just walk in. I spoke with Evelyn...very bright, friendly, and HONEST. I been doing GX90 for a little over 3 weeks now. GX90 helps tone, and get rid of CELLULITE. I have had a problem with Cellulite since my early 20's, and have tried everything under the sun to get rid of it, and nothing worked. I tried VelaShape, and VelaSmooth. I did tons of treatment, and got no results what so ever. GX90 is a miracle machine, i have notice a big difference in only 3 weeks. I truly recommend this to all you ladies that want to see improvement on your cellulite. I have grown very fond of Evelyn, Anna, and Jess, and plan to get other treatments with them. Peaceful. Serene. Exceptionally Caring. After just a few minutes you know that you are in good hands. Evelyn and company are caring, easy and thoughtful. My experience there has always been wonderful, micro current face lifts, facials, lymphatic drainage, are some of the experiences that I have had. Actually, I am able to do quiet meditation while being taken care of and for me that is a double plus. My hubby gave me a gift certificate for Rejuvenate and I'm so glad he did. I can't believe there aren't more current reviews of this place!?! It is wonderful! I just had the new special Acne facial (forgot the name) but it was a combination of a facial, natural salicylic acid peel, natural micro-current face lift. It was awesome. Evelyn sat with me first for a consultation and thoroughly went over my current facial routine (was overdrying and over-medicating my skin and basically not being nice to my acne prone congested skin) and she explained everything she was going to do and what she was going to use. She was very thorough with the extractions and explaining what she was doing before she did it. I loved the products she used as well. She never once pressured me to purchase anything which I really appreciate. Nothing worse than that if you ask me. She even gave me samples when I left and I will be returning to purchase them because I like them and my face really responded well to them. I personally love this spa because they use natural and organic products only. That means a lot to me since there are usually so many parabens and sulfates in so many beauty products. For being on a busy avenue in Astoria, it was very quiet and serene and the music and room were very calming. I also received a follow-up call from Nadine on how I liked my facial and how was my face reacting. Very nice and courteous and great customer service. I will definitely be returning! I am not sure how Evelyn does it but she has this unique talent of finding the most wonderful people working with her - just wait until you meet Brenda... The hours spent at Rejuvenate are highly personalized and special. Rejuventate is a very intimate and calming place with a wonderful relaxing atmosphere. You truly feel that consultation is top priority and not selling a product at any cost. The product line has changed over the last year but is just as amazing as the previous was which discontinued their offerings. Rejuvenate is the best spa in town. The atmosphere is really relaxing and the staff is wonderful. I have acne and have had quite a few facials were they've picked, scarred and damaged my skin. They know what you need and are extremely gentle. The cleansers and moisturizers are GREAT! (I haven't had blemish or a bump in 2 weeks). I'd recommend this spa to everyone. more
