Arrived on Sunday for my appointment with Erin which I'd had for weeks and had been twice confirmed via email. She was not able to take me, and can I reschedule? (They tried to call 1 hour before my appointment to ask me.) My ringer was off. No, I can't reschedule. I have lunch today after my 'appointment' and have commitments all week. Oh and she has no availability next week. Oh well. This is all due to the fact that she double books. Wonder how my patients would like that. Sorry Mr. Smith, no pain meds for you, I double booked. Can you wait until next week?....... I had to be proactive to find a solution the next day. Julie the manager got me in with a master stylist for a complimentary cut and free products. Susie was awesome and professional and on time. This was my third issue with Erin's scheduling. She has great skills, but if you're not sure if the appointment is 'real' what are you going to do?
