Rejuvalase Medspa Llc

I recently received my 4th photofacial and pixel resurfacing treatment at Rejuvalase; I've been a client there for over 3 years. I'd forgotten why I loved doing these treatments until the browns and dried skin began to flake and the brilliant new skin underneath was revealed. It doesn't hurt that their staff consists of some of the nicest ladies around and besides really great decor, it's impeccably clean. Over the years, I've had laser hair removal, Botox, massage and soon, a Collagen facial. I'm a Stafford resident and it seems like almost everyone I meet is a client. There's a reason why they've been around for 5 years and I look forward to many more treatments with them in the future. more

I had bought the groupon that Rejuvalase had out and I must say that I am very disappointed with my results thus far. I have called them and the explained to the girl at the front desk that I have not seen ANY reduction on my legs and I am going into my 5th treatment. She just looked at me and said "this is normal". When the tech took my back for my treatment and asked me if I saw any reduction I told her "no" and she just looked at me with a blank stare. The techs that work there are not trained very well. Like come on don't just stare at me like give me reasoning as to why I am not seeing reduction. I asked the tech after she was done with my treatment if I could speak with her manager, she left me sitting in the room for about 10 minutes and then came back to tell me that her manager wasn't available? Sounds pretty fishy to me. So I left and went about my day and called back the following day and when the receptionist answered I asked to speak to the manager and she asked who was calling and I told her. She put me on a "brief hold" and about 7 minutes later she gets back on the phone saying that the manager is not in. Well let me tell you they have HORRIBLE customer service. And once my last treatment is done I WILL not be back. And I WILL be posting on EVERY site about them. Don't go there it is just a waste of your money, time and gas. more

Where to begin? I thought I was going to have to hide my spider veins and (I cringe as I make this public) facial hair for the rest of my life. Maggie made me feel totally comfortable. They offer so many different services. Also, if you friend them on Facebook, they have great deals for you. They offer a whole lot of specials and accept Care Credit. Rejuvalase's website is extremely thorough, right down to listing their services and prices (and specials). Consider me a lifelong customer. I can't recommend them enough!
