Dishonest Service!! 12/2/2014

My son brought his car to verify that the clutch was malfunctioning. He was charged a diagnostics fee even though an engine check wasn't necessary. When he asked why he was being charged and the staff basically laughed sarcastically. I think this is a terrible way for a so called "Family Owned" business to run. I really am considering calling the Better Business Bureau because I feel this was unethical. more

I was able to get the issue resolved quickly and was promptly called when my car was finished. The cost was more than my usual place I bring my car to, but since Bill's Family Garage isn't open on the weekend, Reis got my business and got the job done. more

My experience 9/11/2014

Was my first time at Reis Auto and I am extremely satisfied. Staff was friendly and courteous. My oil change took about 20 minutes which was fantastic and the price was reasonable. I will definitely go back again. Thank you more
