Reinhard takes time with clients, listens, answers questions, gives helpful advise, very friendly. I feel I received the BEST exam I have EVER had! I would highly recommend him to others who are tired of the cattle herding -fast track, in and out in 5 minutes eye exams I did NOT get what I paid for at the other places but with Reinhard I felt I got MORE than I had paid for. great at adjusting glasses 10/14/2007

Shimp Optical has been making our glasses for years. They stand behind their work. We use this location for adjusting glasses when we are south of Indianapolis. Pros: parking, ambience Cons: glasses are made at their downtown store, so I've always gone there for fitting. more
