Our experience started by an e-mail about information on a shadow cruiser they advertised on their site. Well the e-mails were informational and in answered all your question and concerns. They held the trailer and we went down to pick it up. From the minute we arrived there, the employees were so helpful and went out of there way to make us feel welcomed. The trailer was exactly what they promised and more! We know we will be very happy with our new purchase and will be doing business with Reines RV again! more

Worst Service Ever! 9/29/2011

Reines RV is the absolutely worst RV Dealer and Service Center I have ever dealt with. They had my RV for two months for an Awning repair (insurance job). They tore it apart, realized they were in over their head and refused to do the repair, after being paid by the insurance company. Now I am left with a mess. My insurance company is trying to deal with Reines. We'll see where that goes. Craig in the service center is very hard to deal with, and is very condescending when he speaks to you. He tells you what he thinks you want to hear until you confront him. Then he gets defensive and starts yelling. Very unprofessional. STAY AWAY! more

Poor work 9/7/2005

This place takes customers in but does not have any room to store the RV's and it take a very long time for them to get done with the work that is requested. The employees are also rude and act like they dont want to help people. They are also rude on the phone. My boyfriend owns an RV and has taken it here many of times to get things fixed and the work they do here is awful, not to mention they wrecked his RV one time, but the DID fix that!! Maybe if they had more room it wouldnt have gotten wrecked! more
