Staff couldn't be less helpful when they are actually working and that is not often as usually they are on the cell phone or visiting with friends. I have been in this place 5 times and 3 of those 5 times people were missing something they had left to be cleaned. Each time the person working claimed it was not their fault - it was ""the factory's fault"". I left a pair of pants to have one inch taken off them. First time I tried to collect them they were not ready; second time they came back cleaned but not altered and the guy still wanted to charge me for the alteration; third time they came back altered but not cleaned. The place has somewhat limited hours for a company in this business and the staff closes usually 5-10 minutes early anyway. Next day cleaning is only available at 5:00pm and you have only one hour until 6:00pm to collect it. (Actually closer to 50 minutes.) I have tried on all five occassions to have my telephone number corrected on their records but no luck yet.\r

They supposedly offer a discount after every $75 worth of expenditure but staff could not explain why I didn't get any after roughly $225 worth of payments. Another person in shop at time didn't even know about this ""discount"" and told me that she had been going there for over a year and probably had spent $600-700. \r

Summary - a terrible place and very unlike the Reid's I used to deal with in Round Rock.
